Second Chances Veterinary Care is a small, busy clinic, designed to offer clients affordable and quality veterinary care. Since we are a small clinic, everyone helps with everything. We are looking for someone who welcomes the challenge of multi-tasking and enjoys going above and beyond for our awesome clientele.
- Above-average computer competency
- Open and flexible schedule and available to work two Saturday mornings a month.
- Prior veterinary office experience is a must
- Prior Cornerstone software use is preferred
- You must be mature enough to approach the occasional tough situation with confidence and a problem-solving attitude.
- We are searching for someone who is comfortable rocking the front with answering a multi-phone line, checking clients in and out, communicate between the medical team and clients, schedule and confirm appointments
- Basic cleaning the front office, inventory, and other basic receptionist responsibilities.
We are looking for a serious employee that is looking for a long-term employment with us. This position is 85% reception and maybe 15% vet assistant (depending on experience)
